“I often say that community is our greatest infrastructure, and nowhere is that more evident than District 20. This is a place where people don't wait for someone else to solve a problem. They plant flowers, paint murals, coach little league, volunteer at the fire company, serve on nonprofit boards, and look out for their neighbors. Those acts of service are what make our communities so special. District 20 is also home. My husband and I are raising our two young sons here; in the place my mother grew up. Every vote I cast and every decision I make is shaped by the knowledge that my own family will live with the choices we make today. That makes serving this district both an incredible responsibility and a profound privilege.”
